These terms are a contract between you and SaturnDocs ("we," "us") that applies when you use the SaturnDocs platform or this website. By subscribing to SaturnDocs or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you are subscribing on behalf of a company, you confirm that you have the authority to bind that company, and "you" means the company.
The platform
SaturnDocs is an agent-first documentation platform. It helps AI agents find, understand, recommend, and use your product. You provide product materials, direction, and approval. SaturnDocs agents create, update, and maintain the documentation end to end. The platform includes the documentation site, hosting, search, an interactive API reference where applicable, a cited assistant, machine-readable surfaces for AI agents, and reader authentication.
Plans and billing
SaturnDocs offers Standard and Enterprise plans. Your fees, billing schedule, documentation scope, initial term, and renewal terms are stated in the order form or other written agreement you accept. If a written agreement conflicts with these general terms, the written agreement controls for that engagement.
Ending a subscription
The cancellation, non-renewal, and termination terms for your subscription are stated in your written agreement. When the subscription ends, you can take your documentation with you: the content lives in plain files, and we will give you a complete export on request.
Your materials
To do the work, you give us access to materials that describe your product: repositories, specifications, existing documentation, notes, or walkthroughs. You keep all ownership of those materials. You grant us a license to store, read, and process them solely to operate SaturnDocs, including processing them with the third-party AI model providers and hosting infrastructure we use. You are responsible for making sure you have the right to share the materials you give us.
The documentation produced for you
The documentation SaturnDocs agents create and maintain for you is yours. You own it, you can edit it, and you can export it and leave with it at any time. We may use general, non-confidential lessons from operating the platform to improve SaturnDocs, but we do not publish your documentation anywhere except on your documentation site, and we do not share your private materials with anyone except the service providers described in these terms.
Your responsibilities
AI agents write and maintain your documentation, and AI agents can make mistakes. You are responsible for reviewing the documentation that is published under your name, and for flagging anything that is wrong so we can fix it. You are also responsible for what your materials contain: do not give us content that is illegal, that infringes someone else's rights, or that you are not allowed to share.
Acceptable use
Do not use SaturnDocs to publish content that is unlawful, deceptive, or infringing. Do not attempt to break, overload, or probe the security of the platform, and do not resell access to SaturnDocs without our written agreement. If your documentation site is used in a way that harms the platform or other customers, we may suspend it while we work it out with you.
Our property
The SaturnDocs platform, this website, our software, and our branding belong to us. Your subscription gives you the right to use the platform; it does not transfer any ownership of the platform to you.
Third-party services
We operate SaturnDocs on top of third-party infrastructure, including hosting providers, AI model providers, and a payment processor. We choose these providers carefully and share with them only what is needed to run the platform. Their processing of your data on our behalf is described in our Privacy Policy.
Availability
We work to keep your documentation site fast and available, but we do not promise uninterrupted availability, and we may occasionally take the platform down briefly for maintenance. If something breaks, tell us and we will fix it as quickly as we can.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided as is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of the platform is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim arose, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost data. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Termination by us
We can end your subscription if you materially break these terms and do not fix the problem within fourteen days of us telling you, or if we discontinue the platform, in which case we will give you at least thirty days of notice and a full export of your documentation. Any refund or remaining payment obligation follows the written agreement for your engagement.
Changes to these terms
If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you by email at least thirty days before the change takes effect. If you keep using the platform after that, the new terms apply. The current version always lives at this page.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law rules. Any dispute that we cannot resolve together will be handled in the courts located in Delaware.
